Sharon brings a diverse background in Investment Banking, personal development, and technology consulting. With a career spanning over 15 years in Investment Banking, she honed her skills at institutions like Deutsche Bank, Barclays, and Merrill Lynch, where she won 2 industry awards for her work, and went on to lead sales and trading operations at a boutique firm in Mayfair.
In 2017, Sharon channeled her passion for personal development and psychology into becoming a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner in her spare time. Shortly after training she went on to play a key role as a senior volunteer for an NHS charity, where she helped patients with life-changing injuries and initiated the UK's first mindfulness show on NHS hospital radio.
Sharon then began to transition from finance to wellbeing in 2019, training new therapists globally while maintaining her own Harley Street practice and consulting for therapy practices and charities in digital service provision, long before Zoom became a household name.
The surge in demand for remote services in 2020 led Sharon to found her own consulting business, focusing on tech-for-good space and she worked on a number of innovative projects and community build projects with her most influential work including the launch of a specialist therapy service provider, 2 NHS projects seeking to support NHS staff during the pandemic and a reseach project which looked into the efficacy of treatment across mental health services when using occulus headsets with teens in the metaverse.
In her personal time, Sharon enjoys spending time with her large family, weekend trips across Europe, long country walks (followed by the obligatory Sunday roast!), and a recent fascination with all things relating to water fasting and chrotherapy.

Olga has 10 years of experience in developing and implementing anti-aging programs. Her experience encompasses health biomarkers estimating, human longevity biomarkers implementation, developing and introducing methods for mitochondria dysfunction diagnostics, regulatory affairs, and clinical guidelines preparation.

Has developed longevity programs and longevity biomarkers panels. Is a co-author of the “GeneSurfing” diagnostic program aimed at healthy longevity.

Proficient in analysis interpretation: human genetic testing, microbiome testing, trace elements testing, mitochondria function estimating, and organic acids test, etc.

For the last 6 years, she has been actively involved in longevity science research projects. Has attended numerous world-class congresses about aging mechanisms: “Undoing Aging”, “Aging research drug discovery meeting”, “World Congress on Targeting Mitochondria”, “Mitochondria in health and disease”, etc.

Olga is a co-author of the book about the mechanisms of aging “What is aging and how can we fight it”? and scientific articles. Olga is an author of a mitochondria blog with more than 2500 subscribers.

Is a co-founder of “Mitospace”, — a platform for mitochondria therapy development. “Mitospace” is focused on age-related mitochondria function improvement based on microbiome-mitochondria interaction.

The just-DNA-Seq pipeline is based on the Longevity Map database and performed in collaboration with Joao Pedro.

Research interests: cognitive enhancement, nootropics, non-invasive brain stimulation, cognitive psychology, mechanisms of brain activity.

He is currently working on his thesis, for which he researches all the possible cognitive enhancement methods available in the world to find the truly effective and safe ones.

For the last few years, he has attended symposiums and done workshops and presentations where he shared his knowledge and passion about the intricacies of the human brain and cognitive enhancement.

Mykyta has also participated in cognition research done at the University of Toronto, to get insights into how scientific research is done at the finest universities of the world.

Spotting fake science and wrong facts requires serious attention to detail, and Mykyta knows that.

“I do my best to analyze and check all the information I put out there, ensuring that I’m sharing the truth. Whenever the truth is vague, I try to acknowledge the uncertainty and bring the things I’m saying as close to the truth as possible.”

As long as he can remember, he has been passionate about the wonder of science. He tries to share his passion and knowledge with others through his articles. Here is what he says:

“Science is fascinating! It helps us figure out how to prolong our life, perfect our diets, improve our cognitive performance, and much more.

Unfortunately, there is a huge barrier to sharing this fascination and usefulness with others. Scientific publications, understandably, have a high level of complexity, which comes with technical jargon and a rigid academic writing style, which, if you’ve ever read it, sounds only distantly human.

I try to lift that barrier and translate those scientific findings into a language that isn’t only understandable but one that reveals the true wonder of science. From memory-enhancing brain stimulation to the remarkable history of Ginkgo biloba trees.”
